Then login to Frogster (who owns Runes of Magic) with the Frogster account you want to buy Diamonds for and pick the RoM character you want to get the Diamonds (if you have more than 1 character on an account),

Then choose a Runes of Magic server you want the Diamonds on,

Then choose a package of Diamonds you want to buy - bigger packages get you more Diamonds for the money.
