Some Zeevex cards not giving all bonus items

I bought 13 cards and I received no adventurer bag's for runes of magic, some others are experiencing the same issue who I have talked to, while some others have received 3 bags per card... I have sent two tickets and I'm still awaiting a response, please get back to me asap. Thanks Zeevex!

FIRST of all.............there is ONLY 4 items in your catalog...........................second of all WE DO NOT have the codes to replace ALL the items we purchased .................actually I dont have ANY of these codes................I have sent you numerous emails and posts and its been almost 3 weeks now and still nothing..................you LOCK the other thread where we cannot continue to find out whats going on................and continue to make US wait more time for items we PAID FOR...........Zeevex has our money and is NOT delivering the goods............bottom line................People on my server is redirecting people to use the ROM cards instead .............because of all this..............THIS is the second time youve done this to me and aske me to give you another chance the first time............so I did and matters have gotten worse not better............3 weeks now  I mean come on...............the players in game are furious.............THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED TODAY in an acceptable manner..............quit draggin your feet and making us suffer more because of your lack of customer service.........My husband wont let me buy more diamonds till this is fixed..............so I am missing out on sales being offered on MUCH needed items that are only offered once in a great while.................. ALL because of ZEEVEX  >.<

We need to do something,   it doesnt take that much effort to simply generate the codes needed to satisfy the customers that are missing items.........RON has proven that the time before last when this happened to me .......  he asked what I was missing and generated those codes right away with a extra one.......that i'm guessing was for having to wait 6 days?

SO  by them making us wait like this is total BS........and EVERYONE that uses Zeevex  for buying or selling their product......needs to be alerted.......... The guys on our server are going from company to company's forums and alerting their customers and the game owners of this aweful way they fail to provide what we paid for ....yet are keeping our money.......and I have a call into the attorney general........I dont live far from Zeevex's office.........so if legal action needs to be taken .....it will be easy to do.......I worked 11 years in corporate law.....and have never seen a company so lacking in customer service as this one does........
