I just thought i'd like to get some feedback from the zeevex Runes of Magic community. How many of you out there will no longer be buying zeevex cards because they no longer include adventure bags? I really don't a mount that expires and furniture that i can't use constitute $20 worth of free virtual items. I realize the items are a bonus, but for many, that's the sole reason they buy zeevex cards rather then buying via credit card or other forms of redeemable cards they sell in stores. I personally have cleared all 7/11's and blockbusters in my town and the neighboring 2 towns to try and find zeevex cards, well.. no longer. I hope someone realizes this blunder and fixes this soon.

I too just cashed a bunch in receiving the mount and a furniature item that are diffinetly not worth $20. Unless there is a disclosure that they are canceling the the bonus, they are breech of contract and can be sued for false advertisement. I for one will never use a Zeevex again

I wont buy another thing from them if they don't restore the adventure bags I just sent them an email but no answer.

I agree, there is no benefit from purchasing cards at all with the current useless items that come with the current $10 cards.
In the future I will be purchasing Diamonds directly from Frogster using a CC or Debit card until something useful comes with the Zeevex Cards as in the past.
Feels like a bait and Switch to me.

Just to add my voice. I will not buy Zeevex cards or diamonds at all unless the adventure bags are included.
I strongly encourage Zeevex to work with Frogster to get those adventure bags back into the mix.

We have a new "shipment" of adventure gift bags in the system now. Cards redeemed since 8 AM Eastern today are receiving them. My estimate is that the supply is enough to last for a couple of months at current sales rates.
We will also soon have some exciting new items from Runes of Magic, like the Neolithic package: Opening the package will give you 1x Basic Weapon Driller, 1x Basic Armor Driller and 1x Basic Accessory Driller.
A word about the nature of bonus items: the selection will change from time to time, and may include some randomness with every card. In other words, when you redeem a card, you may have a chance of getting 3 out of 4 items, or 2 out of 6, depending on the item "value". It's never been our intention or guarantee that you will get a particular item with every card, every day, forever. We'd love to, but it's just not possible for us to do that.
Zeevex needs to do better about forecasting when items will run out and be replaced by other items, and communicating to our customers. This has become one of our top priorities.
We are also working on a new locker system that combines randomly selected items from our inventory with "points", which in some cases you will be able to exchange for specific items you want. We should announce more about that in a week or two.

The randomness is fine, but it would be nice to be informed. This was a cold turkey switch and I feel that I wasted the money I spent on the cards I purchased and redeemed on the 29th.
I was quite annoyed when I discovered sofa's instead of the Adventurer Packs. I will never use any of those sofa's.
It would be a nice gesture to get those Adventurer bags grandfathered/back-dated, those are the one and only reason I went to get Zeevex cards on the 29th, and I am also sure those are the reason many others purchase them also.

Great, I bought 5 cards yesterday and they contained 5 adventurer bags. Not so great is the runes of magic website let me redeem 1 of the adventurer bags and when I try to redeem the others it say a code of this type has already been redeemed. Whats up with that.

Great what about the people who purchased before April 30th 8 AM Eastern? Are we not being compensated? It says I would have a response to my request in 24 hours, it now has been 3 days.
I agree and it said on the website that when i reedeem it would give me adventer Packs and i didnt get them?
24 hour responce is a joke i have like 7 request with no answer for over a month on some

I just used some cards and got garbage (mounts and couches) they were redeemed on Thursday why can't I get the adventure packages same here Duane no answer from them on a few emails 24 hrs its been a few days all i want is to trade what is in my locker for the adv bags heck I have 3 pages of that unwanted trash which i would trade for 15 adv pkgs!!!!

One of the things we discovered during this is that our web catalog was showing items even after they ran out of stock. That's our mistake, and we're going to make it right today. I'm sitting at my desk on a nice Saturday working on these issues. :-)
Just bear with us for a little bit, and keep an eye on your locker. We've got gift bags and a new surprise item coming. I'll post here when the bonuses have gone out.

I try and use my codes for any of the items on runes of magic site and they all come up as errors? Help

My cards all clearly state that i should recieve $20 in bonus items...the site clearly stated that I would recieve Adventure Packs....my support request clearly stated that neither of these sales claims were fufilled. You claim to have more adventure bags in stock now. Well, send them to those of us that were already promised them first. Plz and TY. By the way...I do like the fact that i am not the only one posting that realises that the false advertisments of $20 in bonus items is potentially a legal issue for Zeevex. I will be watching my locker

Man I bought a bunch of cards well I'll keep my eyes on my locker praying for the gift bags and whatever other goodies that may come (please no mounts or couches and or beds lol) thank you for your help.

I've checked my locker, nothing extra in there and none of my nine codes work yet. This is getting tedious. So will I be getting codes for 9 adventurers packs plus extras soon? And an email notification would be nice so I don't have to come here to see if zeevex has fixed the problem or not.

Curtis, it looks like you may have been having some other issue. You appear to have received gift bags for your recent card redemptions, and I tested one of the ones in your locker on the RoM site and received the expected result. I sent you more information in an email.

By the way, you can receive email notifications when a forum is updated. Just click the "Subscribe" button at the top.

Only problem now is an issue with redeeming the codes on the RoM website. I was able to redeem one code, the remaining ones give an error stating that a key of this type has already been redeemed.
I submitted a request about this but it has not been assigned to anyone yet.

Your best bet is to raise this issue with Frogster / Runes of Magic support. The error you're getting is not caused by our system -- it's from the Runes of Magic system.
We only distribute the codes that our game partners give us. Once we give you the code, we have no control over how it functions, nor can we obtain access to the information about your attempted use of it that we would need to solve problems like this.
We will also report this issue to Frogster on behalf of our users. Thank you for letting us know about it. However, they first need to hear about it from each of you that experience the problem.

I was happy to see that zeevex reinstated the adventure bags, only now the new fiasco is that it seems you're only allowed to redeem one adventure bag per account... I'm serious. If you get the "another key of this type has already been redeem", then try and redeem that same one on another account, you have no problem. But try and redeem another on that account and you get the same error. So once again, they've made buying zeevex worthless.
