Everybody who redeemed a card in the past month but didn't receive an Adventurer Gift Bag, has now received one per affected card. Check your lockers!
In addition, as our way of saying thanks for being patient, we also gave you an equal number of Neolithic Packages. This is a new item for us. Frogster's description:
Opening the package will give you 1x Basic Weapon Driller, 1x Basic Armor Driller and 1x Basic Accessory Driller
The Neolithic Packages are not yet generally available. Those of you who had to wait for gift bags are getting exclusive access!

Well, ty for trying to fix that...but now the adventure bags wont work. I tried to turn 2 of them in...and both gave me an error saying:

Another key of this type has already been redeemed.
and then i tried again later and it says the key has been used
I sent a ticket to runewalker and frogster.... but that will take weeks before anything happens...and i am out of hammers now

Well i was owed about 25 of them and onyl got about 8 of them, and out of the 8 only 2 worked they all were remdemmed already, so i bought 2 cards today and again the key has BENN REDEMMED, i have been send tickets to customer service for 3 weeks NOW and the situation IS NOT HANDLED! This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER Service and i and a WHOLE BUNCH OF FRIENDS are about to boycott along with most of the indigo sever

I have the same problem items with used codes so why even bother guess they got their money so that's all that REALLY matters!!!!

How the heck can a new item ( neolithic pkg) that they just put in my locker have been used how is that even possible IT'S NEW They just sent the items to quiet the storm that was brewing,but we still got shafted in the process.

We are trying to solve this. However, we cannot directly affect how the Runes of Magic system operates. We are a different company. All we can do is ask them to look into it. You should do the same. After all, you are Runes of Magic customers and they should respond to your issues.
If you look at the message you're getting closely, you will see that it's not saying "This code has been used already." It's saying "You've already used an item OF THIS TYPE." It's not saying that your gift bag is bad; it's saying you can't use another one.
We don't know the exact nature of this restriction. Frogster/RoM says they don't know of any such restriction, and they are looking into it. We distributed these codes in good faith, expecting them to act just like the last batch did. We were as surprised as you when they did not.

I still have two codes of adventurer's pack that aren't working, one says code doesn't exist and the other that it has already been redeemed. Still not happy about getting only what packs were offered to begin with. And have seen no neolithic pkgs in my locker. I know you said I should take this up with RoM but I bought the cards from Zeevex and think Zeevex should take care of the problem.

I have contacted Frogster and no one seems to want to do anything about it!!

I have a fix for the issue of not being able to turn in codes...its not practical...but effective in a pinch. Create a new email and use that to create a new RoM account. Use the new account info to turn in your code and then redeem it on you main account. Each account seems to be able to use one code before it bugs. Good Luck and enjoy

We are still working with Frogster, and they have escalated the issue to the group able to troubleshoot this issue directly. Thank you all for contacting them. The more they hear from their paying customers, the higher profile the issue becomes.

Rob, I sent you a mail stating I was having the same problem here, and got 0 response from you....as you are aware this is the second time Zeevex has messed up issuing these items in the recent past. I purchased my cards over 2 weeks ago and didnt get the items I Paid for at the time........which was YOUR company's fault in issueing them......not ROMS.......and your company continued to IGNORE my complaint and request to provide me with the items that I purchased. Instead you dumped these useless codes on me 2 weeks later ............still without one word to me that they were even there....... If I had'nt checked my virtual vault , I would have never even known they were there........ ZEEVEX sells the cards........ZEEVEX advertises/promises $20.00 WORTH of items............if things go wrong it is YOUR problem to work with your partners to fix it....not our job as YOUR customers to get it fixed.............your customer service is sorely lacking in the way you ignore people that have not gotten what they paid for...........IF you want to credit us IN tokens for what we have been shorted and our inconvience ...........I'm sure the rest will probably agree to settle with that...............Either way I think waiting over 2 weeks for you to fix this is MORE than enough time.........I'm really curious now just how much Compensation you are going to offer all these people that are still waiting for product they paid for like me?

We have received word from Frogster that they have corrected a mistaken setting which prevented multiple items of the same type from being used.

AND what happens to us that dont have our codes now? ALSO at the time those cards were redeemed you were offering 3 adventure packs per card.............HOW do we get what we paid for ? SOME of us only buy cards when certain items are being given at the time...........AGAIN waiting over 2 weeks for items purchased is not OK and should be settled IMMEDIATLY dont you think?

Did they REALLY "fix it" so why am I still getting ( This key has already been redeemed.) I will not buy another Zeevex card this is pure bull they just pass the buck and blame someone else M your absolutely right either you don't have the items or you do and STILL can't use them I'm done with this company I still have requests sitting there with no answer great customer service eh?

A whole page of nothing I got a whopping 3 codes to work out of 12 that I tried since you know they "fixed" the problem reissue the items that don't work isn't that a simple solution?? my first page is useless.

I dont have any of my codes left , nor did I get what i paid for to begin with over 2 weeks ago.......its like you go into a steak house and order a steak........and over 2 weeks later they decide to throw you a hot dog and your supposed to roll over and say thank you? WHEN MY cards were activated/redeemed .........Zeevex was handing out 3 adventure packs with a mushroom riding mount........i couldnt care less about the mount.........but I do want the adventure packs.........I PAID For.........or their moneys worth in tokens...............IS there someone there in San Francisco's office I can speak with in person, because we are getting no where here...........and our requests for help are going unanswered...........The public really needs to know whats going on here.........the people on my server is spreading the word fast and one guy is in the middle of constructing a website for people to voice their concerns about ZEEVEX because they cant get satisfaction here......they claim that they will be contacting any present partners and future partners of ZEEVEX and their customers to enlighten them as to what is going on here............I ask you RON .........WHAT does it take to get what we pay for ..........OR our money back? I know there has to be some kind of law that protects us as a consumer that pays for something that is not delivered..........maybe this is a question for the attorney general?

Sit and wait Lewis they will tell you they are working on it ha yeah right I got a bunch of already redeemed codes in other bug (not the word I really want to use) off and leave us alone then oh tell Frogster uh last time I checked ZEEVEX gives the codes but they say tell frogster so I have the codes STILL don't work so now what????????

If I could push a button and fix whatever's going wrong inside Runes of Magic, I would. But we can no more fix this than we can fix any other bug or issue in their system. If you bought RoM gold with our tokens, then bought an item in RoM, and *that* item didn't work, we couldn't fix that either.
Like any distributor of products made by others, we can't re-engineer their products to work better. We can only work with the manufacturer to replace bad ones, fix the underlying issue, or stop selling them.
