I had a bunch of items in my Digital locker from the launch of Zeevex times, the cards at that time gave 2 pieces of furniture, an adventure bag and a mount. I kept buying Zeevex cards and redeeming adventure bags from my locker. I redeemed the mounts once a month.
One day I log on, and all my mounts and the furniture is gone. The next day I log on and most of my adventure bags are gone. They just disappeared from my locker. Now I find myself incapable of buying diamonds since I no longer have money to spare. To make it worse, all my stuff from the Zeevex digital locker disappeared. I reported this twice, and received no response.
I understand that I should have no sense of entitlement considering that they were free gifts from Zeevex. But why were they deleted from the digital locker without notice? If they had an expiry, why was it not communicated to me? I would have redeemed the cards much sooner.

I've been waiting since NOVEMBER for answers to my issues, one being not getting promised points from Peanut Labs, and the
other being that ALL my digital locker items have disappeared completely!! And just like you I can get no response from Zeevex
to my support requests. I refuse to spend one more penny with this outfit till I at least hear from someone letting me know what's
up. This is ridiculous.

FIRST of all.............there is ONLY 4 items in your catalog...........................second of all WE DO NOT have the codes to replace ALL the items we purchased .................actually I dont have ANY of these codes................I have sent you numerous emails and posts and its been almost 3 weeks now and still nothing..................you LOCK the other thread where we cannot continue to find out whats going on................and continue to make US wait more time for items we PAID FOR...........Zeevex has our money and is NOT delivering the goods............bottom line................People on my server is redirecting people to use the ROM cards instead .............because of all this..............THIS is the second time youve done this to me and aske me to give you another chance the first time............so I did and matters have gotten worse not better............3 weeks now I mean come on...............the players in game are furious.............THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED TODAY in an acceptable manner..............quit draggin your feet and making us suffer more because of your lack of customer service.........My husband wont let me buy more diamonds till this is fixed..............so I am missing out on sales being offered on MUCH needed items that are only offered once in a great while.................. ALL because of ZEEVEX >.<
We need to do something, it doesnt take that much effort to simply generate the codes needed to satisfy the customers that are missing items.........RON has proven that the time before last when this happened to me ....... he asked what I was missing and generated those codes right away with a extra one.......that i'm guessing was for having to wait 6 days?
SO by them making us wait like this is total BS........and EVERYONE that uses Zeevex for buying or selling their product......needs to be alerted.......... The guys on our server are going from company to company's forums and alerting their customers and the game owners of this aweful way they fail to provide what we paid for ....yet are keeping our money.......and I have a call into the attorney general........I dont live far from Zeevex's office.........so if legal action needs to be taken .....it will be easy to do.......I worked 11 years in corporate law.....and have never seen a company so lacking in customer service as this one does........ I checked my locker today and half of the items are gone. 5 of which are Adventure Bags. This is only reason I use Zeevex cards. Looks like I'm going back to using my credit card.

Okay so I sign up to zeevex, and my g/f gives me 2 cards and I buy my own 2 cards, and I get bonus items, and they are all nicely placed in my digital locker! I had 4 mounts, 4 adventure bags, and 4 beds with exp bonuses. THEN.........I BUY 5 more ZEEVEX CARDS! 25 BUCKS WORTH OF CARDS!!!!!!! I give 2 to my g/f and keep 3, and I REDEEM all 3 of them, and then It shows me of my 1500 tokens from 100% free diamonds in Runes Of magic, and so I am pyched to see what is in my locker, and ALL THE SAME ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN IN MY LOCKER FROM MY PREVIOUS 4 CARDS are all that is in there, so new items at all! THEN I read that there was an issue with the cards, and then i go back into my locker a few times but still the same 12 Bonues items.............then I wait about 30 minutes and I look again.....................NOW NOOO ITEMS IN MY LOCKER AT ALL!! NOW IT HAS BEEN LIKE 4 HOURS AND I HAVE ZERO ITEMS IN MY LOCKER! SO BASICALLY ZEEVEX OWES ME 140 BUCKS WORTH OF BONUS ITEMS! I AM SERIOUSLY NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT IF I DONT GET MY ITEMS BACK! THIS IS SUCH BULLSHIT!! I PAY FOR CARDS AND EXPECT THE BONUS ITEMS! IT IS WRITTEN ON THE FUCKING CARDS! THIS IS SUCH FALSE ADVERTISING! IT says I have 90 days to collect my items, and THE LAST thing it says is zeevex may cancel this program at anytime...........OH MY GOD YOU BASTARDS!! It has only been like a week! NEVER AGAIN AM I BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS I HOPE YOU GUYS GO BANKRUPT YOU STINGY ASSHOLES!

The job which distributed the items apparently glitched. It attached them to your cards, but they're not showing up in your locker. We see you as having them, but you don't.
Give me a few minutes to kick it and your items should appear.

M Manning, you seem to think that you are owed certain items. As far as I can tell, you have received the items that were being distributed at the time you purchased your cards.
There are other people who have been affected by the issues discussed here -- RoM's bad promo codes, lockers not showing items that belonged to them -- and I have solved those problems. Those issues did not apply to you. So you were not promised any neolithic packages, nor did any of your locker items need to be replaced.
I gave you a set of gift bags -- one per card -- last night nonetheless, in addition to the items you already received when redeeming those cards. You appear to have used them all since then, yet you do not bother to acknowledge that here while making your accusations.
Nothing we have advertised or said ever promised you 3 gift bags per card. People who redeem now are getting 1 gift bag per card, in addition to other items. That has almost always been our standard bonus package -- though it is not a GUARANTEED package, as the card and the website plainly state, and as I have explained, is the case for many reasons, quite a few of them beyond our control.
Some people have received different packages from time to time. That happens. People who buy diamonds during a RoM sale get more for their money than people who buy the diamonds outside the sale. Same thing. That doesn't mean you can demand that RoM give you three diamonds for the price of one just because somebody else got that one time.
I have tried to make sure you got what you paid for and more -- remember, you get $10 worth of value out of a $10 card PLUS the bonus items that come with it PLUS, in this case, some additional bags on top of that. I'm not sure what will make you happy, but it doesn't appear that getting what you paid for is it.

ROB............if you took the time to read the posts and the mail sent to you personally............you will see that I did in fact have pages of the codes = adventure and neolithic packages in my vault..............im sure was credited by you...............I also sent you a mail saying these codes were NOT good and did not allow to be redeemed.............these codes disappeared..............as many of things appear and disappear around here quite frequently . I never said I didnt redeem any codes at all...........I simply stated that AT THE TIME or card redemption.........you were handing out 3 adventure packages to everyone else in guild (which no longer uses zeevex might I add after this mess and reading the boards here ) ..........everyone that day was getting 3 plus the mount............that is why I ran to the store and purchased the cards..........AT the time of redemption............that is what was being delivered ...............
NOT to mention you have made us wait HOW long to get our items? WE used to buy the cards here because we can TRADE the adventure pack codes for ingame items such as gear and gold..............each time ZEEVEX messes up or makes us wait for weeks on end...........for what we PAID for (in my case 3 adventure packs per card) we loose out on deals we had set up ............
AND i see there is 0 items being given for such horrid inconvience...............
And you sit there and act like you actually took care of this matter in a satisfactory manner?
I know others are effected by this.........some has been waiting since NOVEMBER??? we hear ALL the horror stories in game now about zeevex.............ALL I WANT IS THE ITEMS i paid for and I will go elsewhere as many has already for my diamond needs.
And as far as expecting ROM to give double diamonds and such...............IF i redeem the card during their time of offering them ............of course I do expect it and they DO IN fact deliver just what they advertise...........unlike zeevex
AGAIN..........give me what I paid for and I will go away and never use zeevex again........

ALSO...........DELETING our requests for help so Others cannot read them........is a sure sign that you are trying to hide the fact that this matter has been NOT resolved in a satisfactory manor..........
People only hide things from others when they dont want them to know the truth...............you forget that everytime we post a request or such ................that a confirmation email goes out.............please read above post again for solution

Nobody has deleted your requests for help. All your messages are still in the forums.
I have closed some of your many duplicate tickets in our support system. 10 tickets saying the same thing aren't useful. The only people who see our support tickets are Zeevex employees, and believe me, we are all keenly aware of your statements.
I am reviewing your situation. As I have said, we have thousands of users who were affected by the bad codes Runes of Magic gave us, and I am trying to make sure that each of them is taken care of.

Okay, id like to say this to all that have missing items as of recently, and the Zeevex team, that i did receive my items back and everything is straighted out on my end! Im sorry to Rob Sanders that I got a bit enraged over this glitch or whatever we want to call it. I don't understand how it happened, but I just hope it never happens again. I just kinda panicked cause I didn't really know if I was ever going to get my items back that I earned, by paying for them! I am a new user here on Zeevex and this kind of made me feel helpless, due to the fact that my items suddenly vanished, and felt like I got kind of ripped off. I just hope this is not an ongoing issue, cause I really like being able to go down to 7-11 and pick up a few cards when I get my paycheck after working a long work week, but i have to admit that i'm a bit weary now. I do not want my money to go out of sight out of mind after spending like 25 bucks each time I get cards cause of a glitch ya know? It is frustrating and I do understand that things are not perfect. I just hope this does not happen again, and I will put my trust back into the hands of the Zeevex employees once more, but if this were to happen again and I don't ever get items like some people claim, then I could see myself just moving on, and you guys losing out on a valuable customer cause I do not plan to stop buying diamonds anytime soon.
I will give it another shot with you guys! I hope things work out for the people that had to deal with what I did last night or had to deal with this ever at all! Oh and to Rob Sander, Thanks for helping me out with this situation and I appreciate it more cause you got the same name as me hahahaha! I also hope things work out for M Manning, I hope you get what you lost, back my friend! Good luck guys!

Oh wow people, calm down! It turns out that the items have a 90 day expiry, and it apparently says so in the fine print. So some of the fault is mine. I was lazy and did not redeem them immediately. Despite this, they promised to restore those items, which I think is very generous. But thanks to both Ron Williams and Robert Sanders for their efforts.
Also, why are people freaking out? Like I said in my first post, the sense of entitlement is undeserved. They were free gifts after all. Not to mention there are other reason for buying Zeevex cards; do not forget the gifting and other cool stuff we can do with those diamonds. :)

I'm missing a bunch of items from my digital locker also. Just guessing here but i seem to be missing 3 or 4 fungus mounts and 3 or 4 tp and xp beds and maybe an adventure pack or 2. But i know for sure i'm missing quit a few items. I sent a support ticket to zeevex about a week ago and still no response. Now that i found this thread, hopefully i can be helped out!

Hello Zeevex company and associates as well as a personal hello to Mr. Robert Sanders,
I would like to thank you for taking the time out to answer your customers threads on the forums, and trying to help them to come to a resolution for this bug..
With that being said I would like to confirm this issue is still going on. I purchased 10 Zeevex cards and with that came an assortment of free items provided by Zeevex for Runes of Magic (Thank you kindly!). I received 3 pages of free items including the 30-day fungus mounts, adventure bags, and Aristocratic Twin Bed with an XP bonus. I thought to myself 'Wow this is a company that knows how to treat their customers!'. Now after logging back in to my account I only have 1 page of special offers instead of 3. Since I was able to check my previous browser window I noticed that the digital locker had the first page of free items with the appropriate codes, but the 2nd and 3rd pages were missing completely.
Immediately after I noticed this I went back to my original browser window and started taking screenshots and writing down my codes. Upon doing this I started to notice that 2 items came up saying that they were redeemed already even though I had not redeemed any of them. I think this goes along with the supply of bogus codes that were given to the Zeevex company...
In the end I wrote down all the codes for the free items that were given so I should be safe, though it worries me that these codes are supposed to be specific and different for each customer I would imagine, yet it's telling me that I have redeemed codes that I actually did not. In the event that you check my records, as I believe someone should, I have redeemed 4 codes in total (2 for myself, and 2 were gifted to my loved one). If you find any more than that redeemed this was not done by myself or anyone I know.
For the record I did try to redeem one of the codes that had been listed as 'redeemed' to see if it were just a visual end-user error, and the offer did go through. However I wanted to let your company know about this issue of disappearing items is still affecting your customers.
One last thing Mr. Sanders, could you please tell me how long exactly we have to redeem these codes? It seems that 90 days (as stated above by another customer) to use these codes could be sufficient but it is hard to say when it is frowned upon to 'sell these codes for in-game gold', and I do not friend too many people in the game as I prefer solo/duo play.
If I was not supposed to post this here I apologize, I figured I would just piggy-back on this thread instead of starting a new one. I realize that I also have multiple issues in this particular post but I felt that it all falls within the same category as I do not want my items to disappear or become invalid on me before redeeming them.
