where's my runes of magic items

I had redeemed 3 zeevex card on june 1,2010 and 1 more card today june 3, 2010
All i have to say are u guys want to lose your runes of magic customers, by not giving them their bonus items for ROM but for another game, thats not right, I play ROM and no other game. So what the hell is this rings of orbis crap items I want these items be changed out for ROM items. I will submit a ticket and send a email to support about this. I do have a feeling that noone from zeevex really pay attention to these forums.

Bobby, I looked at your last two card redemptions and you did receive Runes of Magic bonus items. You also received items from Rings of Orbis, which is a new game that accepts Zeevex tokens. If you do not want those items, you can simply delete them from your locker.
You can also click on the "Runes of Magic" icon on the left side of your locker to view only RoM items.
Nothing has been taken away. At some point we may add an option to opt out of receiving items from other games, but those items are not replacing RoM items.
Please keep in mind that we are not a Runes of Magic card. We are a multi-game card.

You may not be a Runes of Magic card but my guess is we, the RoM populace, provide most of Zeevex's income. As such, what's the point in trying to give up garbage for other games we aren't going to use?
I love the adventure bags and they're the whole reason I buy them, like others. I'd like to see an option to get $20 worth of items for the game we play (choose able on the redemption page) or allow us to trade in unwanted items for something we can use. Otherwise, it seems like the $20 worth of virtual items seems to be a way to give one a taste of what they want while advertising for some other game. Or hell, allow us to trade all this Orbis and Soccer Boss crap in for Zeevex tokens.
I must say as a RoM player I am impressed by the way I see the GM within this forum dealing with issues. The RoM items are a bonus. I do enjoy them and they are the main reason I have recently switched to zeevex. I however must say that asking for more for free because you do not play the game that there are other bonus items for seems a bit greedy. The items come from the games that zeevex serves not from zeevex. Be happy with what you get or use a cc for your diamonds and get nothing in bonus. Just my humble opinion.
I am sure i speak for many out there that buy the Zeevex for the diamonds ( which we can get from other dealers ) But more so for the "Adventures packages" ! By not giving runes of magic Adventures packages but giving other things you need to Advertise or make it look like we are getting a mass of stuff(that is of no use to ROM players) and is Pooo. I am so sorry i just bought a zeevex and have to use it to get my moneys worth. I really would like more to get some thing i could use not other things i cant. I am not going to play those games just to use the bonus items thanks but no thanks. . The ADVENTURES PACKAGES ARE WHY WE BOUGHT YOUR CARDS NOT THE OTHER STUFF. thank You for your time and hope you bring back the" ADVENTURES PACKAGES".
