Pretty simple or at least I thought

I would like a phone number to a live person for your company as my previous trouble ticket has gone unanswered for 2 weeks,

Hmm, 25 days with zero responses... either no one saw this or Zeevex is purposefully ignoring it.

Purchased card have not been able to spend tokens at Farmtown. You buy a card but cant spend it Zeevex cards are a ripe off !!!!!!!

I contacted them two weeks ago and still have not gotten a response. Thats why they dont have a phone number they DO NOT CARE about who is purchasing these cards and paying their salaries.

I have  ticket in that is over a month old. I won't buy another Zeevex card until my issue is resolved and none of my friends will either. You can't trust these guys.

The number for Incomm, the parent company of Zeevex is 1.800.352.3084. You might try there. I plan to first thing tomorrow morning. I can't get a response on the tickets that I have submitted either. Looks like they swindled all of us out of some money with their false advertising. No more Zeevex cards for me and I won't be using the RoM Fastcards either. They are part of Incomm as well.

OMG, no wonder i haven't recieved a response!!!! I just been trying for over a month, maybe a class action lawsuit is in order, AND a complaint to the BBB!!!!!!
