I have been unable to use the tokens in my account for over 3 hours now. I purchased them over a day ago and I have not gone over any limits. My buddy tried to buy diamonds as well and got the same message? Is your website down and if so how long before it is working again?

Some accounts had their spending limits revert to older, lower limits. We corrected those accounts earlier this evening and believe that no users should be affected any longer.
