If you have purchased Runes of Magic diamonds with Zeevex tokens, you may notice a delay in receiving the diamonds.   We've seen this happen a few times with larger purchases -- for whatever reason, they tend to take a little longer to process on the Frogster side.

Users who had had previously purchased diamonds with a credit card or Paypal and still have some in their account may experience this delay when purchasing with Zeevex.  But we've seen it happen with people who had 0 diamonds in their accounts previously.

 Some people have reported success in speeding things up by asking a GM in the Frogster / Runes of Magic forums. I'd recommend trying there in addition to using the Frogster / Runes of Magic support channels.
