Bought multiple cards; only one of them worked.

Some Zeevex users have reported a problem when they bought multiple cards at once, but only one of them redeemed successfully.  The others were rejected as inactive.

The problem is that at the register, instead of scanning each card individually, the clerk scanned one card multiple times.  This will not work because each card is unique and must be scanned individually to be activated.

If this happens to you, the easiest solution is to take your cards and receipt back to the store, explain what is said here, and have them refund you the money for the cards that were rung up improperly. Then immediately buy them back and have the clerk scan each one individually this time.

My brother bought two $5 cards, and I bought 1 $5 card right after him.  One of our cards is not working and when we went back to 7-11 to ask them why they said that there is no balance in the card and that we have used it.  We are not sure if it was one of my brothers two cards or my card.  They workers did not let us to return it, they told us to come back when the manager was there.  What should we do if we cannot get a refund?  Can we take a picture of the receipt and send it to you?

my brother bought 5cards and i bought 1 5card and i put the code in and it did not work
