On April 13, we noticed that many users were having problems trying to redeem some Digital Locker codes. We determined that these codes had passed an expiration date within the game itself, and thus were no longer being honored. In order to prevent users from trying to redeem these codes, we expired them from users' lockers.

We are currently in the process of replacing these expired codes with equivalent ones for any users who had not redeemed theirs. You should see these replacement codes in your Digital Locker no later than Friday, April 20. Please feel free to contact our support desk with any questions or concerns. Thanks for your understanding!

Update (April 19): Replacement adventurer bags are being distributed to affected users. We have enough in stock to replace about 20% of the missing items, and are handing out as many as we can. You should see these items appear in your Digital Locker within the next few hours. Once we receive more codes from Runes of Magic, we will finish replacing all of the expired items.

Update (April 19): All the codes we have available have been handed out to users at this time. We don't currently have enough items to fully reimburse everyone, but everybody who lost locker items should have had at least some replacement locker items distributed to them. We're still working on getting more items so we can fully compensate everybody.

Update (April 27): All expired Adventurer Bags have now been replaced with equivalent items. Please reply here or contact our support team if you're still missing any items.
